Vintage Items
While we don't accept returns on vintage items currently, we do accept exchanges or store credit 14 days from the date of delivery.
Non Vintage Original items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging and hygiene liners (if applicable).
Final Sale
Please Note all items marked as Final Sale are NOT eligible for a return or refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, refunds are processed within 10-15 working days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return and exchange shipping costs are not covered by us.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. Let us know whether you would prefer an exchange, store credit or (if eligible) a refund.

Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your exchange or store credit as soon as possible.
For eligible refunds, please allow 10-15 working days for the funds to appear in your original payment account.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes - for all vintage items, we offer exchanges or store credit.
How can I track my return?
Once your return has been sent, we recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can follow its progress.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
- If your return falls into one of these categories, please include details when contacting our support team.
As soon as your return is received and processed, we'll notify you.
how soon will i receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10-15 working days.
If you haven't received your refund after this time, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to help.
